| Dean joined the C&M family in March 2005 as an Automotive Technician . He holds an Automotive Technology degree from Lincoln Technical Institute and has received five Customer Care Awards from Kmart Auto Service Centers. Dean also earned an Outstanding Achievement Award from Lee Auto Parts and the Council of Advanced Automotive Trainers (CAAT) for completing 100 hours of technical training. When he’s not studying automotive and truck manuals to further his technical knowledge, Dean enjoys spending time with his family and working around his new home. He is a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, a fan of the History Channel, and do-it-yourself shows. He also sets aside time for target shooting, computer gaming, and role playing games, such as D&D. A member of the Role Playing Gamers Association, Dean volunteers his time to organize a convention for the group every March in Rosemont.
